Tasks and Responsibilities: • Follow up on the administrative directives issued by the CEO and ensure their implementation with the relevant departments. • Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance with strategies and plans. • Manage correspondence, organize meetings, and prepare minutes and periodic reports. • Analyze data and operational reports in a simplified manner, and extract performance indicators to present to the CEO. • Assist in preparing presentations and reports to support decision-making. • Perform any special or urgent tasks assigned by the CEO. Main Qualifications: • Diploma or higher in scientific specialties. * English language: Good reading and writing level. • Good familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong skills in Excel and data analysis. • High ability to organize, follow up, and adhere to deadlines. Preference: * Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Data Science, Financial Management). * Administrative experience is preferred.
